This means that you must find your computer model and visit your manufacturers site and download all the latest drivers for your computer. The only problem I could see is that your drivers are outdated or just problematic. Even if you have the same drivers from the site I would still suggest you reinstall them to make sure you eliminate any errors that might be on the current driver set. That being said, if doing this does not fix your sound problem I'm really not sure what it is. (DIrected at everyone who just buys the Cold Weather Flying Heirloom for their alts.)
