Arthas – The Lich King

Loading ...Description: Since the release of Illidan Stormrage screensaver we had many emails asking us about Arthas. I did not want to make one of him yet because he was not in his “place” due to the Icecrown Citadel raid instance not being in the game yet. But just to be nice, I’ve made this for those who just want Arthas…because their will is not their own. Once Blizzard adds in Icecrown Citadel raid instance I will redo this screensaver to put him at home, with his own music and ambient sound, but for now, enjoy this pwnage Arthas “THE LICH KING” screensaver…You speak of justice? Of cowardice? I will show you the justice of the grave… and the true meaning of fear! Suggestions? Comments? Need help? Leave a comment below or contact us!

Btw, u should have made the drake Sapphiron instead of that drake, since Sapphiron has some connection to Lich king

Yeah I tried him, but he’s too big and I did not want to mess with what size would look correct next to Arthas. If I were to go based on the trailer, which is all I have as reference to what it should look like in WotLK, I would of made the mount like 50 times larger, but then It would be too big! I’ll redo this screensaver once they’re done with the raid and I can get the models of him on his mount, his actual mount *maybe they’ll use the same one I used* and him chillin on his throne. I would love to see a screen saver of storm peaks, there are so many beautiful areas there and the music in amazing.

Hi Luciandalock,
Great suggestion! I had some done up already of the Ulduar area, I will look into it and see if I can design one from other areas of Storm Peaks, if you have any specific areas that you believe stick out please let me know. Please check your email or check back on our site for updates because I plan on releasing it soon.

Thank you for putting such effort into it, I love the snapshots you have taken. I was not sure if you wanted your album public, so I snipped it off, please let me know if you don’t care and I can add your link back. I had already designed 4 of the areas you took snapshots of, but the other 20 are just amazing. Could you tell me what time of the day you took some of the daylight ones? In WoW, as you know, timing is everything for a unique look. Email me directly via the contact us section.
I will get working on them ASAP and see if they fit the screensaver look. Some areas do not fit the look because I try to keep the authentic look of WoW. I do not want to add animation to it that’s not really there in a big way. I may add small details, but nothing you can see unless you pay very very close attention
. When I look for the areas I look for places that have movement and flow, something you can see clearly so it does not look like a screenshot screensaver.
Once again, thank you for your snapshots they’re great! Keep the suggestions coming *all of you*

all these screen savers are amazing and well done. i just had a suggestion for you. you should consider making custom screen savers for people for a fee. say i want a tauren druid in pvp gear in thunderbluff or something.

I just downloaded this screen-saver and it looks GREAT!! Thank you for such a great product.
I was wondering if you guys are going to make Stormwind, Ironforge, Darnassus since I see you have Horde locations. Could you also do class screen-savers too??
Anyway keep up the awesome work and I can’t wait till the IC raid w/ the LK seated at home is released.

I like it, but… It’s just kind of Plain… You should have had the lich king on the top of a mount looking down into a Valley of his undead Army… that… would be epic…

I did not have the proper models needed to create something cool…..but guess what! I do now with “Fall Of The Lich King” patch 3.3! So soon enough you will see something EPIC!

Once you register do not return with back button on your browser, click on the link to go to WarcraftScreensavers.com or type it in and refresh, it will display the links then.
